Taverna Racilor stands as the flagship of my business, bringing premium seafood experiences to customers across Romania and internationally. What began as a simple idea to introduce quality crayfish to Romanian diners has evolved into a culinary phenomenon with 13 locations and counting.
Along with the premium seafood experiences i have introduced unique global products: Octopus Kebab and Shrimp Kebab with more innovations being prepared together with our amazing team.

Launched during the pandemic in May 2020, Fish to Door revolutionizes how Romanians access premium seafood by delivering restaurant-quality products directly to customers' homes. This e-commerce platform combines convenience with quality, making exceptional seafood accessible to everyone.

Fish to Door offers prices 30-40% lower than hypermarkets while maintaining superior quality. Our innovative subscription model provides a 25% discount on all purchases for a minimal monthly fee, creating exceptional value for regular customers.

Our selection includes premium seafood imported from Spain, Italy, Greece, Morocco, Ecuador, Cuba, Indonesia, and Senegal. Most popular items include shrimp, mussels, octopus, squid, and Black Sea fish.

Vision

We aim to expand with a unique model in Romania market, with plans for international expansion beginning with Bulgaria and eventually across Europe.

Romania stands as the continent's richest country in healing waters. This remarkable natural endowment once attracted royalty and aristocracy from across Europe, who journeyed to experience the therapeutic properties of Romania's thermal springs for over two millennia.

I want to make Romania again a year-round premier regional and global wellness destination, where visitors from around the world come to experience the healing powers and therapeutic properties of thermal springs.

With nearly 30% of Europe’s natural balneotherapy resources concentrated within its borders, Romania stands as the continent’s richest country in healing waters. Paul Nicolau – known to many as Pescobar – is on a mission to restore this glorious heritage and place Romania once again at the center of global wellness tourism.

This approach addresses a critical gap in Romania’s tourism infrastructure while maximizing the potential of the country’s natural resources. By focusing on health and wellness rather than just leisure, Pescobar Hotels will attract visitors seeking therapeutic experiences regardless of season.

Unlike traditional Romanian resorts that operate seasonally, Pescobar’s vision extends to creating wellness destinations that welcome guests throughout the year. “I’m building treatment-based hotels that will be occupied not seasonally but all year round,” he explains.

Pescobar plans a complete renovation of Complex Racovita – Slanic Moldova and Vila Minerva historic landmarks, preserving the architectural heritage while introducing modern wellness concepts and technologies. “Both at Techirghiol and here at Slănic Moldova, I will bring tourists – I promise you – from all over the world!” he pledges.
